Primary Job Responsibilities

Assist CDP and Sous Chefs in the day to day running of the front-line station
Daily organization of service and walk in coolers
Proper rotation and usage of stock
Support daily mis en place

Requirements

Successful completion of a formal chef training program
Food Safe Certificate
2+ years of cooking experience in a fine dining establishment
The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work under pressure in an efficient and safe manner
