Your resume or CV, cover letter, previous work experience, education, transcripts, or other information provided in support of your application;
Information from interviews you may have;
Details of the type of employment you are looking for, current or desired salary, other terms relating to compensation and benefits packages, and job preferences;
Details of how you heard about the position you are applying for;
Demographic information obtained during the hiring process;
Reference information;
Information received from background checks (if applicable), including information provided by third parties; and
Information relating to any previous applications you may have submitted to TransEd or any previous employment history with TransEd.

Use of Personal Information

TransEd may use your Personal Information as described in this Consent for the following purposes:

To manage the application process. TransEd will use the Personal Information provided to process your job application, verify the information you have provided in your application, communicate with you regarding your application, answer your questions regarding the application process, and confirm your eligibility for a position.
To manage the hiring process. TransEd may use your Personal Information in the hiring process and to conduct interviews. TransEd may also use your Personal Information to perform background and reference checks (if applicable).
To communicate with you. TransEd may use your Personal Information to provide information to you and respond to your questions during the recruitment process.
To manage the onboarding process. If you are hired, TransEd will collect Personal Information when you complete new hire paperwork to manage your employment relationship with TransEd.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

TransEd may share your Personal Information internally and among TransEd’s affiliates for purposes of recruiting and evaluating applicants, resource planning, talent retention, human resources, and business administration functions.
