Data collection

When you apply on a job opportunity at Waterville TG, your personal data contained in your application will be collected by Waterville TG inc., and used in the context of the activities related to recruitment for Waterville TG inc., such as interviews, tests, analysis of your application, references, and background checks. For Quebec residents, such use is legally authorized, in conformity to article 4 of the ACT RESPECTING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR, c P-39.1.

We share your personal data with our affiliate organizations, including Toyoda Gosei North America (TGNA) et Toyoda Gosei Head Quarters (TGHQ), for means of administration, labor analysis, business affairs, and in conformity to this confidentiality policy.

Your personal data will be shared wth UKG, our Human Resources System Delivery (HRSD) provider, located in the U.S.A., and commissioned by Waterville TG inc. to support the recruiting and onboarding process, in the name of Waterville TG. Data retention period

Waterville TG inc. will keep your application data up to 1 year, in order to take your profile into consideration for other positions that could become available and correspond to your profile. After 1 year, Waterville TG inc. will delete most of your data, keeping only your name, the link to your profesional profile and the positions applied to, up to 3 years.

Your rights
